Favorite Proteus Memory: My first day at Proteus was Dec. 9th 2013. I got in a van with 5 people I did not know to go to Iowa for All Staff. It was the coldest winter with the temperature dipping below 0 daily. There were several inches of snow on the ground from Indiana to Iowa. It was a very scary day that started the best career I could ask for.
Favorite Produce Item: I never thought I would like Brussel Sprouts but I do. About 10 years ago my Mom made them for dinner when I was at her home. Now I like to roast them in the oven with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
